How to Apply for Bank of Maharashtra - Probationary Officer, Forex Officers

How to Apply:

Candidates are required to apply on-line through website www.bankofmaharashtra.in No other means/ mode of applications will be accepted. The last date of receipt of system-generated Print-Out of the Registered Application is 24.3.2008. Application registration link on our website will be open from 18.2.2008 to 17.3.2008.

The guidelines for filling Applications are as under:

1. Candidate should have a valid email ID.
2. Candidates should have their Demand Draft payable at Pune favouring Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment Account – Probationary Officers/Specialist Officers Project 2008 ready before applying on-line. Without DD details, data will not be registered. The DD should not be dated before 18.2.2008 and not after 17.3.2008. Even if Bank extends the date of on-line registration by one or two days, the valid dates of Demand Drafts will not be changed. Valid dates of DDs also remain the same for far-flung areas.
3. After applying on-line, the registered candidates should obtain a system-generated Print-Out of the registered information, sign at the appropriate place and send alongwith application fee (i.e. Demand Draft / Pay Order).
4. A recent photograph should be pasted on the Print-Out.
5. Candidate’s name, Post, date of birth & Post Code should be written on the reverse of Demand Draft / Pay Order.

Print-Out complete in all respects should be sent only by ordinary post in a closed envelope superscribed “PRINT-OUT FOR THE POST OF ____________________________________ in Bank of Maharashtra” to the following address:

Last Date for Receipt of Print-Out of Registered Applications:

The Print-Out should reach the address mentioned above on or before 24.3.2008 by ordinary Post.

For the candidates staying abroad and for those posting Print-Out from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshdweep, Assam, Megahalya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of J&K State, Lahul and Spiti Distt and Pangi Sub division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, the last date for receipt of Print-Out will be 31.3.2008.

A Print-Out received after the last date will not be entertained by the Bank.

Call Letters for Written Examination:

All eligible candidates will be issued call letters at the correspondence address given by the candidate in their printout form, which will be sent by post. An eligible candidate who does not receive the call letter by 21.5.2008 for the post of Probationary Officers should contact with details of his / her name, address, Xerox copy of the application form for each post, details of Demand Draft etc. for obtaining duplicate call letters between 22.5.2008 and 24.5.2008 at the following Bank’s offices:
