Applications are invited on prescribed forms from only female candidates for the posts of Lecturers against permanent post for various categories as mentioned below.
Forms are available in the College Office on all working days between 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. and can be obtained personally or by sending a self addressed envelop affixing Rs.5/= stamps.
The applications must reach the college office latest by 25th June, 2008.
The posts carry the Pay Scale of Rs.8,000 - 275 -13,500/= plus usual allowances as admissible in University of Delhi.
Educational Qualifications
A Good academic record with Master's degree in relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST candidates or those who passed their Master's degree prior to 19.9.91 and hold Ph.D. degree) or an equivalent grade of B in the U.G.C. seven points Scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Master's Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University.

Note :
Those candidates who are not Ph.D or M.Phil, should have qualified the National Level Test (NET) in the relevant subject conducted by U.G.C. or any other agency accredited by the U.G.C.
A relaxation of the minimum marks at the PG level from 55% to 50% may be provided to the candidates who have cleared the JRF Examination conducted by the UGC/CSIR only prior to 1989, when the minimum marks required to appear for JRF Examination were 50%.
The candidates should have qualified 'O' level course or its equivalent degree in computers for lecturership in Commerce.
For B.EI.Ed. :
one post is for specialisation in Developmental Psychology or Child Development with essential qualification M.A. (Psychology) or Applied Psychology (with specialisation in Child Development / M.S.C. Child Development and research in Education).
One post with specialisation in social science with essential qualification - M.A. Pol. Sc. (with specialisation in Development studies / Political economy) / M.A. Sociology (with specialisation in Development Studies / Political & Economic systems) / M.A. History (with specialisation in Philosophy or Social Science) and post graduate degree /research in Education.
One post with specialisation in Linguistic with essential qualification -M.A. Linguistics/MA English/Hindi with Diploma in Linguistics and research in Language Development in Children Post graduate degree in Education / research in Education.
Those who are in service must submit their application through proper channel.
The college reserves the right to increase, decrease the number of posts or cancel the posts advertised.
The application must be accompanied by attested copies of the degree, mark sheets and other certificates.
Incomplete/late received applications will not be entertained.
