Qualification MBA / PGDBM from any top business school with 15 years of experience in the field of teaching / industry / Research. FPM / Ph.D., in Management will be an additional qualification. The proposed Director will be an institutional builder.

Note: The maximum age for holding the post of Director shall be 65 years.

Professors:

Qualification : First class Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / PGDBM programmes (Minimum 2 Years duration) recognized by AICTE / UGC with 5-10 years of experience in the field of teaching / Industry / Research.

Specializations : Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management Systems and Operations Management

Assistant Professor :

Qualification : First class Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / PGDBM programmes (Minimum 2 Years duration) recognized by AICTE / UGC with 3-5 years of experience in the field of teaching / industry / Research.

Lecturers :

Qualification : First class Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / PGDBM programmes (Minimum 2 Years duration) recognized by AICTE / UGC with a passion for teaching.
