Applications are invited for the posts of Research Associate and Senior Research Fellow in the Natural Resources Data Management System (NRDMS), Department of Science & Technology, Government of India's sponsored project entitled "Development of Forest Fire Forecasting System for Jharkhand State Using Statistical Models and-GIS" in the Department of Applied Mathematics.

Project Duration: 2 Years.

2	SRF(1) (Rs. 10450-1150-11600 "P.M. Fixed with HRA & MA)	E.G.: M.Sc./ M.Tech. in Argil. Statistics/ Statistics with Meteorology/Forestry D.G.- Preferences will be given to those candidates who have working experience of statistical software’s like SPSS, SAS etc. with handling of weather stations.

The respective fellowships are consolidated amount per month.
