Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Faculty Positions: Candidates must possess a good first degree and Master's Degree in the appropriate discipline and preferably a Ph.D. together with a minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching experience and appropriate IT skills.

Applicants with industrial experience but with 5 years teaching experience may also be considered.

Instructors: Candidates must possess a good first degree and Master's Degree in the appropriate discipline together with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Technicians: Candidate must posses a Degree in the relevant discipline and experience in conducting training sessions and experiments in Engineering and Technology Laboratories.

The medium of instruction is English. in addition to the General requirements, the Candidate must posse’s specific experience in the below mentioned areas :-

Faculty Positions:

• Electronic / Electrical Power / Computer / Telecommunication Engineering: Specialized in Microprocessors / Controllers / System Design / Power Systems / Networking / Multimedia / Management of Information Systems / E-Business.
• Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics: Specialized in Applied Mechanics, Machine Design and Machine Dynamics / Maintenance / Mechatronics / Thermal Engineering / Manufacturing.
• Chemical / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Engineering: Specialized in Chemical Engineering / Process or Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Engineering.
• Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying: Specialized in areas that include or are related to Environmental Engineering, Construction Contract Administration, Corporate Strategies, Construction Law, Construction Management, Construction Economics, Quantity Surveying, Measurement of Building and Civil Engineering Works and Building Performance.
• Applied Mathematics: Teaching Applied Mathematics to Engineering Students, Mathematics & Science to Foundation Students.

Instructors / Lab Technicians

• Electrical Power / Electronic / Mechanical / Civil and Environmental Engineering: Good experience in High Voltage Engineering / Analogue and Digital Electronics / Telecommunications / Multimedia / Web Design / Mechanical / Workshop / Civil / Environmental Engineering.
• Chemical / Process/ Petrochemical Engineering: Experience and understanding of various chemical and process operation equipments including Chemical Analysis/ Unit Operations/ Process Technology/Process Instrumentation / Petrochemical Engineering.
• CAD / CAM: Good knowledge and understanding of various CAD/CAM software such as PRO-Eng., AUTOCAD, ANSYS and CNC Machines.
• Civil Engineering: Experience in Civil Engineering Laboratories including Hydraulics, Fluid Mechanics, and Fluid Machines, Structural Mechanics, Water Quality and Wastewater Testing, Land Surveying, Construction Materials Testing, Geotechnical Engineering and Building Performance monitoring.
