The institute invites application from Indian nationals, possessing excellent academic background, commitment to quality teaching and potential for carrying out outstanding research for the following position in Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law :

Name of the post: Professor - 01 Post.

The appointment is on contract for a period upto 3 years. The Professor may also be required to work as Head of Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law.

Scale of pay : Rs.18,400-500-22,400/- plus allowances as admissible to Central Government employees.(Pay is likely to be revised as per Sixth Central Pay Commission)

Quaiifications: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in any of the following specialization and evidence of the ability to pursue independent high quality research.

Specialization: In the areas of Corporate Law, Family Law, Technical Law, International Law, Industrial Law, Laws Regulating Formation of Government Contracts, Laws for Intellectual Property Rights.

Experience: At least 10 years teaching/research of which 5 years should be at the level of Professor/Professional experience in High Court/Supreme Court as Advocate with proven publications and exposure to the International practices.
