MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore is a 25 years old Institution having 12 UG programmes and 4 PG programmes.

Most of the UG programmes are accredited by NBA, AICTE, New Delhi. MVJCE is in the process of starting PG Programmes in most departments.

MVJCE invites applications from Indian Nationals, possessing excellent academic background, commitment to quality teaching and potential for carrying out outstanding research, for faculty positions in various Departments.

Scale of Pay:

• Professor: Rs.16400/- - 450 - 20900/- - 500 - 22400/-
• Assistant Professor: Rs.12000/- - 420 – 18300
• Lecturer: Rs.800/- - 275 – 13500/-

71% DA will be merged with the above basic to arrive at new basic pay.

In addition, the State Govt. DA, HRA, CCA are applicable.

Gross salary for Professor and Assistant Professor at the minimum basic will be Rs.38, 931/- and Rs.28,566/- respectively. However, for Lecturer initial basic salary will be Rs.8,275/- (Gross salary: Rs.19,792/-).

However, a higher start would be given to deserving candidates.
