In addition to offering a congenial atmosphere for development of prospective faculty, the Institute offers the following benefits / incentives besides pay and allowances
Provision of 12.5% of the basic as special duty allowance as per the rules applicable to Central Goverment employees of North East. Full funding for attending National Conferences/Seminar either for presenting a paper or chairing a session as per Institute guidelines once in every year. Full Financial Assistance for attending International Conferences/Seminar either for presenting a paper or chairing a session as per Institute guidelines once in three years. Reimbursement upto 75% of annual Membership Fee of International/National Professional Society. Reimbursement upto 90% of maximum amount of Rs.3000/- per annum as Book Grant. Every faculty will be provided a Laptop with Internet Connectivity. Accommodation at Institute Campus, subject to availability. Award (on reimbursement basis) of Rs.10000/- and Rs.5000/- will be given to faculty member for publication of International and National referred Journal respectively as per institute guidelines.
