The Application Form duly filled in alongwith a crossed Demand Draft of Rs.200/- for Open category & Rs.100/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH drawn in favour of the Director, S.V. National Institute of Technology, Surat with attested copies of necessary documents must reach on or before 01/08/2008 by 3.00 P.M.

The applications on plain paper or without demand draft and copies of necessary documents or received after the last date will not be considered.
Those working in Government / Semi Government / Grant-in-Aid institution should apply through proper channel; however, an advance copy may be sent so as to reach before the stipulated time limit. Such applicant should bring / send NOC from their employer on or before the date of Interview.
Applicants for the posts of Lecturers, if found eligible, will be called for Written Test and Presentation to ensure Teaching ability and only stipulated numbers of candidates per post will be recommended for the Personal Interview to the Selection Committee.
