Director

Ph.D. (with first class Bachelor's / Master's Degree) In addition to this; the candidate should be an eminent person in the respective field	15 years experience in teaching / industry / research, out of which 5 years must be at Professor level or above	Candidates form Industry/ Profession with first class Master's Degree in Engineering / Technology with professional work which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D., 15 years experience with at least 5 years at a senior level comparable to that of a Professor. Desirable administrative experience in a responsible position.

Faculty

Professor	Ph.D. with first class Bachelor's /Master's Degree in appropriate Branch of Engineering / Technology	10 years experience in teaching / industry / research out of which 5 years must be at the Assistant Professor / equivalent level	Candidates from Industry /Profession with Master's Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology and Professional work which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D., 10 years experience with at least 5 years at a senior level comparable to that of an Assistant Professor.
Associate Professor	Ph.D. with first class Bachelor's / Master's Degree in appropriate Branch of Engineering / Technology	3 years experience in teaching / industry / research at the lecturer / equivalent level.	Candidates from Industry / Profession with first class Bachelor's Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology and Professional work which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D., with 5 years experience.
Assistant Professor	First Class Bachelor's Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology or first class Master's Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology	No minimum requirement

Note:

1.If a class / division is not awarded at B.E. / M.E. / Equivalent Degree, a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class / division. If a grade point system is adopted, the CGPA will be converted into equivalent marks.

2. If the discipline of Computer Science Engineering / Technology, in lieu of the First Class degree at Bachelor's and / or Master's Level in the appropriate branch/' a first class Master's Degree in Computer Science Engineering / Technology together with a First Class Bachelor's Degree in any area of Engineering Technology will be acceptable

Remuneration and Designation:

The pay scales for the teaching positions will be as prescribed by UGC / AICTE.

The designations will be decided by the selection committee depending upon the qualifications and teaching/ research experience.

Due weightage will be given to industry experience at senior positions in lieu of teaching experience.

The appointments will be made on full time / part time basis on contract.
