Qualifications & Experience:

For the position of Professor,The candidates should have a Ph.D. from a reputed Indian/Foreign University, with teaching experience of more than 10 years.

They should be thought leaders, active in research guidance, with published articles in prestigious journals and magazines.

A few years of experience as a management professional in a reputed corporate group will be considered as an added qualification.

For the position of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor, The candidates should have a Ph.D. from a reputed Indian/Foreign University, with teaching experience of 3-10 years.

A few years of experience as a management professional in a reputed corporate group will be considered as an added qualification. Fresh Ph.D.s, those who are in the final stage of their Ph.D.

Program and candidates having a Master's Degree, with a brilliant academic record and adequate teaching & research experience, can also apply.

Senior and Middle Management professionals from industry with MBA from leading business schools with active interest in academics and research will also be considered for suitable positions.

Remuneration & Rewards

The remuneration will be as given below, based on the positions / experience:

The annual pay includes Basic+DA+HRA+CCA+CPF+Medical Reimbursement. In addition, there are other benefits, such as Health Insurance, LTC, Encashment of Earned Leave, Gratuity, etc., as per the Institute rules.

The annual pay range indicated includes merger of 50% DA with basic pay. Further enhancement is likely, subject to the adoption of 6th Pay Commission recommendations by ASIM.

ASIM encourages faculty members through financial rewards to contribute continuously towards improvements in research, teaching methodology and a dynamic industry interface, through MDPs and institutional development.
