Instructor - One - Reserved for - Physically Handicapped (OH)

Pay scale: Rs. 7220-11660 plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rules, if available.

Qualification: "Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a recognized Institute with 5 years practical experience in Bakery & Confectionery in educational establishment or Industry".

Desirable: A Craft Certificate/Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery.

Age: 35 years or below. Relaxation in age for ten years for Physically Handicapped (OH)

Instructor - One - Reserved for SC Category

Pay scale: Rs.7220-11660 plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rules, if available.

Qualification: "Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a recognized Institute with a minimum five years practical experience in F&B Service in an educational Institution or Industry".

Desirable: A Craft Certificate/Diploma in F&B Service and knowledge of French language.

Age: 40 years or below.

Assistant Instructor - One Reserved for Physically Handicapped (OH)

Pay scale: Rs.5800-9200 plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rules, if available.

Qualification: "Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a recognized Institute with a minimum of 3 years practical experience in an educational establishment or Industry".

Desirable: A craft Certificate/Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery.

Assistant Instructor - One (Reserved for OBC)

Qualification: "Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a recognized Institute with at least 3 years practical experience in Hotel Reception & Bookkeeping/Front Office in an educational Institution or Industry".

Desirable: A craft Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Reception on & Book-Keeping/ Front Office.

Age: 35 years or below.

Assistant Instructor - One (Reserved for OBC)

Pay scale: Rs.5800-9200 plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rules, if available.

Qualification: "Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a recognized Institute or a degree in Home Science with 3 years practical experience in House Keeping in an educational Institution or Industry".

Age: 35 years or below.

Manager Operation - One - General Category - (For Hotel Chandigarh Beckons)

Pay Scale: Rs.10025-15100 plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rules, if available.

Qualifications: Three Year Diploma in Hotel Management OR B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from a recognized Institute with eight years experience in supervisory capacity in relevant field in a hotel of 3-5 star category OR eight year teaching experience in catering Institute.

Age: 40 years or below. The Appropriate authority can relax the qualification/age etc. in the case of deserving candidate. Candidate working in Govt. /Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organizations should apply through proper channel
