Qualification - "Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a Govt, of India recognized Institute with at least 5 years practical experience in an educational Institution or Industry".

Desirable: A Craft Certificate/ Diploma in any trade. Age: 35 years or below.

3. Assistant Instructor - Two (One for Gen. Category & one for OH)

Pay scale Rs.5800-9200 plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rules, if available.

Qualification - "Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a Govt, of India recognized Institute with at least 3 years practical experience in an educational Institution or Industry".

Desirable: A craft Certificate/Diploma in any trade.

Age: 35 years or below for General Category & age relaxation by ten years for OH candidates.

4. Assistant Instructor - One- (OBC Category)

Pay scale Rs.5800-9200 plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rules, if available.

Qualification - "Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a Govt, of India recognized Institute with at least 3 years practical experience in Hotel Reception & Book-keeping (Front Office) in an educational Institution or Industry".

Desirable: A craft Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Reception & Book-keeping (Front Office).

Age: 35 years or below.

5. Assistant Instructor - One (OBC Category)

Pay scale: Rs.5800-9200 plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rules, if available.

Qualification - Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Tech. from a recognized Institute or a degree in Home Science with three years practical experience in House-keeping in an educational establishment or Industry.

Age: 3.5 years or below

6. Assistant Instructor - One - (on contract basis)

On contract basis upto 31.5.2009 or earlier on consolidated pay of Rs.11800/- p.m.

Qualification: Three Year Diploma in Hotel Management from a Govt of India recognized Institute with at least 3 year practical experience in cookery (Food Production) in an educational Institute or Industry.

Desirable: A Craft Certificate/Diploma in Cookery (Food Production).

Age: 35 years or below.
