Applications along with complete bio-data, recent passport size photograph and attested copies of testimonials are invited by the Principal / Secretary, Chandigarh institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Sector-42-D, Chandigarh upto 20.2.2007 for the following posts:-

1.Assistant Instructor – One (OBC): Pay scale Rs.5800-9200 plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rules.

Qualification: “Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management from a Govt. of India recognized Institute with at least 3 years practical experience in Hotel Reception & Book-keeping (Front Office) in an educational Institution or industry. Desirable: A craft Certificate in Hotel Reception & Book-keeping (Front Office).

Age: 35 year or below.

2.Assistant Instructor – One (General): On contract basis up to 31.05.2007.

Salary – Consolidated Rs.8000/-p.m.

Qualification: Three Year Diploma in Hotel Management from a Govt. of India recognized Institute with at least 3 year practical experience in cookery (Food Production) in an educational Institute or Industry.

Desirable: A Craft Certificate in Cookery (Food Production).

Age: 35 years or below

Manager Operation – One (General): On contract basis for Hotel (3 Star Pattern) of the Institute for 2 years on consolidated pay of Rs.19000/- per month (Un-furnished accommodation will be provided by the Institute as per Rule).

Qualifications:

Age: Up to 40 Years

Candidates working in Govt. / Semi Govt. Autonomous Organizations should apply through proper channel.
