ICFAI National College (INC) offers the campus-based postgraduate program in business administration at various locations around the country. In Chennai (Regional Office), Coimbatore (Regional Office and INC), INC is looking for:

Candidates should be postgraduates in management from reputed institutions having 10+ years sales/marketing/Business Development /Training experience with large corporate and should be highly result-oriented. They should have a proven track record and the ability to meet targets within the specified time. They will be required to lead and motivate a team of executives at the various centre and co-ordinate brand-building and other marketing activities in the center/region. They will be required to place the students for Summer Internship and Final Placement with Corporate and must be capable of providing soft skills training to the students at the centers. A tremendous amount of dynamism, self-motivation and result-orientation will be required along with the ability to counsel the students in Career matters to bridge the gap between academics and the corporate world.

Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the positions of Manager/Deputy/Assistant Managers.

Candidates should be postgraduates in Management and have 10+ years experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development/ Training with large marketing/service industries. Selected candidates will lead a team of like profile specialists to achieve development and placements for students. The profile also calls for the person to assess the soft skills training needs of students and execute training programs. Should be skilled in developing and maintaining partners to facilitate student internship and employment offers, as also in sourcing quality Management Development programs. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the positions of Manager/Deputy/Assistant Manager.

Candidates should be young and dynamic graduates/postgraduates preferably MBAs with excellent communication skills. They should have mark work experience of at least 5-7 years in sales/marketing, in any educational/service industry of repute. Candidates will be required to supervise the marketing operation of 4-5 centers from his location.

Female candidates with postgraduate qualification, preferably in management, with a minimum of 4-6 years experience in counselling. Experience in telemarketing will be an added advantage. Must be able to coordinate with the regional Offices in selecting and monitoring the performance of the student advisors and counselors at the various Centers.

Dynamic, experienced persons in the age group of 40-55 years having industry/corporate experience. They should be postgraduates in Management from reputed institutions with leadership experience in institutions of repute. Ph.Ds and M.Phils in Management will be given preference. They must possess a flair for teaching and provide academic, administrative and career-oriented leadership to the College. Self-motivated, result-oriented candidates with proven leadership experience in corporate/academic institutions need not apply. Defence officers in good health with corporate experience will also be considered. Icfai pays as per UGC norms after completion of probation of two years.

All candidates should have excellent communication skills and be computer savvy. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
