ICFAI National College (INC) offers the campus-based postgraduate program in business administration at various locations around the country. In Coimbatore (RO & INC), Chennai (RO, Guindy, Ambattur, Tambaram), Hosur, Kanchipuram, Vellore, Tiruppur, Ooty, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Nagercoil, Rajapalayam, Dindigul, Trichy, Karur, Erode, Pollachi, Pondicherry and Thanjavur, INC is looking for:

Center Head (At Pollachi)

Dynamic, experienced persons in the age group of 40-55 years having industry/corporate experience. They should be postgraduates in Management from reputed institutions with leadership experience in institutions of repute. Ph.Ds and M.Phils in Management will be given preference. They must posses a flair for teaching and provide academic, administrative and career-oriented leadership to the college. Self-motivated, result-oriented candidates with proven leadership experience in corporates / academic institutions need only apply. Defence officers in good health with corporate experience will also be considered. Icfai pays as per UGC norms after completion of probation of two years.

Faculty Members should be postgraduates with good experience in English-medium teaching at institutions of repute. A Ph.D. is desirable. Icfai pays as per UGC norms after completion of probation of two years.

Assistant Manager-Training & Placement (At Chennai-RO)

Applicants should be Post-graduates in Management from reputed institutions having 10-12 years Sales/Marketing/Training experience in dealing with large Corporates. Age 35+ years. They will be required to liaise with the corporates for various value addition activities including training and placing of the students for Summer Internship and Final Placement. Candidates should be dynamic, self motivated and result-oriented with proven track record.

Assistant Manager-Sales (At Chennai-RO)

Candidates should be postgraduates in management from reputed institutions having 7-10 + years marketing experience in education/service industry and should be highly result-oriented. They will be required to lead and motivate a team of marketing executives at the various centers and co-ordinate brand-building and other marketing activities in the entire region.

Soft Skills Trainers (At Pollachi and Tiruppur)

Candidates should be mature, patient and committed trainers, with postgraduate management qualification, preferably in HR/ Social Sciences, having strong inter-personal communication skills. They should empathetic listeners and motivated team leaders. A minimum of 5 years experience in an HR position in corporates/academic institutions is essential. Experience in soft skills training is an added advantage.

Development Officer / Exceutive (Development) (At Erode, Tiruppur and Turicorin)

Candidates should be young and dynamic graduates/ postgraduates preferably MBAs with excellent communication skills. They should have work experience of at least 4-6 years in sales/marketing in any educational/service industry of repute. Candidates with 2-4 years experience will be considered for the Executive (Development) positions.

Regional Accounts Officers (At Coimbatore-RO)

Candidates must be qualified CA/ICWAI with 5-7 years experience in handling “Branch Accounts”. The responsibilities include coordination with the accounts officers located at the INC Centers across the Region and consolidation of accounts of the Region. Candidates must possess knowledge of accounting packages.

Internal Audit Executive (At Coimbatore-RO)

Candidates must be qualified CAs with 5 to 6 years experience in handling Internal Audit of Branch Accounts, and must be able to travel extensively as and when required. The candidates must posses knowledge of Accounting Packages and MS-Office and excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.

Student Advisor (At Rajapalayam)

Candidates should be lady graduates/ postgraduates, having excellent communivation skills and a pleasing personality. At least 2-3 years of work experience in counseling and customer care in any educational/service industry of repute is preferable. Telemarketing experience desirable.

Asst. Accounts Officers (At Hosur)

Candidates should be B.com / M.com / CA or ICWAI Inter with 5-7 years post qualification experience in manufacturing and branch accounts. Candidates have hands-on experience in Focus or TALLY accounting packages.

All candidates should have excellent communication skills and be computer savvy. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
