The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML), established by the Government of India, is one of the premier Business Schools in the Country offering post-graduate and doctoral programmes in management.

Applications are invited for faculty positions in the following areas:

• Agri-business Management
• Decision Science (Statistics / O.R.)
• Economics & Business Environment
• Finance and Accounting
• Human Resource Management (HRM)
• Information Technology and Systems
• Marketing
• Operations Management
• Strategy & Entrepreneurship
• Communication

A few of these positions are also available at NOIDA campus. Candidates may indicate their location preference.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

subject to revision as per VIth Pay Commission recommendations, as and when adopted by GOl.

Dearness and other allowances are same as those applicable to educational Institutes supported by MHRD, Government of India.

Retirement benefits and Leave Travel Concession are as per Government of India norms.

Faculty members are provided a liberal book/computer grant. Funding is also available to support research and other academic activities, and to attend national/international conferences.

Faculty members are permitted to pursue industry consulting with income sharing with the Institute as per rules. There is provision for additional compensation for teaching in management development programs subject to fulfilling the norms.

Accommodation will be provided on Lucknow campus subject to availability.

Chair Professorships

IIML also seeks nominations and applications for the following endowed Chair Professorships:

Applicants must currently hold Professorship in a leading institute and have a distinguished record of research in the relevant area.

The responsibilities of the Chair Professorship include research, teaching at the MBA and Ph.D levels and participation in the Management Development Programmes.

The incumbent will be entitled to research assistance, travel grant and a special allowance besides usual perks admissible to the position of a Professor.
