Professor/Research Fellow:

Ph.D. with First Class Master's in Management or related discipline, Computer Science/Computer Technology or related discipline with 10 years experience in Teaching/ Industry/Research.

Associate Professor:

First Class Master's Degree in Management or related discipline, Computer Science/ Information Technology /MCA with 5 years experience in Teaching/ Industry/Research.

Assistant Professor:

First Class Master's Degree in Management or related area, MCA/MS/ Computer Science/Information Technology with NET and 2 years experience in Teaching/ industry/ Research.

Allowances (DP, DA, HRA, CCA, Transport Allowance) are admissible as per Institute's rules. Additional Benefits towards Housing, Soft Furnishing Allowance, Telephone, Books/Journals, LTC, Special Holiday Allowance, EPF, Medical etc. are also admissible as per Institute's rules.

The faculty members are encouraged to conduct innovative MDPs and undertake consultancy & research assignments.

Remuneration package for outstanding faculty will be comparable to the institutions of national repute like the IIMs & NTs.
