4. One year Craft Certificate course in Food production.	A pass in HSc or its equivalent
5. One year Craft Certificate course in Food & Beverage Service.	A pass in HSc or its equivalent
6. One year Craft Certificate course in House Keeping.	A pass in HSc or its equivalent
7. One year Craft Certificate course in Bakery and Confectionery.	A pass in HSc or its equivalent

Note: The graduate program in hospitality and hotel administration offered by the Tamilnadu Open University is in addition to the three-year diploma program in hotel management & catering technology. Student can simultaneously gain a diploma and a degree during their three-year period of study in the institution.

Hundred percent jobs assured for eligible students. Only a limited number of seats is available under each category.
