Director, Professors, Assistant Professors & Lecturers for the Management Institutes

The Prestigious Management Institutes of Sri Balaji Society for which faculties required are Indian Centre for Telecom & Management (ICTM) now re-christned as Balaji Institute of Telecom & Management (BITM -www.bitmpune.com) and Indian Centre for Management & HRD (ICMHRD) now re-christened as Balaji Institute of Management & HRD (BIMHRD - www.bimhrdpune.com).

These institutions are in the process of approval by AICTE. These well established institutes enjoy great campus placements.

The faculties selected for these institutes may be transferred within the Society run management institutes which are IIMM (now BIMM www.bimmpune.com) and ICIB (now BIIB-www.biibpune.com). Welcome for a career.

1. Lecturers (Code -1) - First Class Master's degree in Business Management /Administration / Economics / Statistics / Psychology / Finance / Commerce / Engineering (Telecom./ Electronics / Computer) / IT.

2. Assistant Professors (Code - 2) - (a) Ph.D. degree in the above mentioned subjects or fellowship from IIMs. ICA or ICWA. with two years of experience in Teaching / Industry / Research / Profession, (b) Those who are not Ph.D. can also apply incase they have five years of experience, but such candidates will be required to obtain a Ph.D. degree within a period of seven years.

3. Professors (Code-3)

• Qualifications and experience for candidates from Teaching. Ph.D. degree with ten years of experience in Teaching / Research out of which five years must be at the level of Assistant Professor. OR
• Qualifications and experience for candidates from Industry and Profession. Professional work which is significant and can be recognised as equivalent to Ph.D. degree and with ten years managerial experience of which at least five years should be at a senior level comparable to that of an Assistant Professor would also be eligible provided the same is approved by AICTE.

4- Director for BITM (Code-4) - Professor (see qualification in Code-3) in relevant discipline with a total experience of fifteen years in the field of Teaching / Industry / Research.

Principals, Professors, Assistant Professors & Lecturers for Balaji Law College (BLC) and Balaji College of Arts, Commerce & Science (BCACS)

BLC approved by Bar Council of India and Affiliated to University of Pune and BCACS affiliated to University of Pune and Approved by Govt, of Maharashtra. We have openings for the above full time positions for those who fulfill the eligibility criteria including the NET /SET as per UGC norms. Salary: The bench mark will be the scale laid down by AICTE / UGC for the right candidates. However we can go for higher salary depending upon their individual competencies / abilities which can be negotiated.
