The applicant should preferably be an IIM Graduate or equivalent and should have a Ph.D with high energy level to lead from the front and necessary experience in academics or allied fields, to shoulder the responsibility of leading the faculty and the core team of the Institution towards the vision of achieving a prime position in the management education arena of the country.
