Xavier institute of management & entrepreneurship (XIME) Bangalore, one of the top B-schools in the country is looking for a new Director to take over from its founder director, Prof.J.Philip, due to retire from this position shortly. The selected candidate is expected to provide all-round leadership to the activities of XIME

The applicant should ideally be a BTech & MBA with PhD / Fellow in management and a professor with a minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching / training / research. Relevant administrative experience is an added strength. Candidates with PhD in related disciplines like economics, IT/QT etc. will also be considered. Senior level managers with a first class MBA having held at least a GM’s position for five years in a large organization of repute will also be considered. Preferred age range: 50-58. Compensation package will be comparable to that of some of the best B-schools.
