Established in 1994, KCHC the largest medical complex in Kerala having a built up area of more than 12, 00,000 sq.ft. It has a 1000 bedded Super Speciality Hospital, a Medical College, a Dental College, a Nursing college, a Pharmacy College, a Nursing School, and a School for Para Medical Science. Spread over an area of 125 acres of greenery, just by the side of NH-47, it is a delightful experience to watch. With all major departments, it is a bee-hive of activities round the clock.

Our Medical College has now grown in to a Post Graduate Institution; we already have P.G. Courses in four disciplines. We are on for P.G. Courses in more Departments as well as propose to strengthen our hospital services. With these objectives, we propose to recruit the following personnel.

1. Professor. Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Com Medicine, Anaesthesiology, Radiodiagnosis, Neurology, Urology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Cardiology. Pay: 27, 250-36, 000 +DA 5% and HRA as per rules

2. Associate Professor / Senior Consultant. Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Forensic Medicine, Anaesthesiology, Orthopaedics , Radiotherapy, Gastroenterology, Cardiothorasis Surgery, Neurology Pay: Rs.25, 400-33, 750+ DA 5% and HRA as per rules.

3. Assistant Professor / Junior Consultant. Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Forensic Medicine, Anaesthesiology, Radiodiagnosis, Radiotherapy, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Urology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Cardiothorasis Surgery. Pay: Rs.20, 700 – 26, 100 + DA , HRA

4. Lecturers in all Departments: Pay: Rs.13, 270-20, 250 + DA 5% and HRA as per rules.

5. Junior Doctors in all Departments. Pay: Rs.12000 pm Consolidated for one year. After one year they will be placed in the scale of pay of Rs.13, 270-20, 250 + DA 5% HRA as per rules.

Doctors in clinical Departments will be eligible for special incentives as per the existing schemes. For Super Specialists with qualification such as DM, MCh, etc., salary is negotiable

Doctors in non-clinical departments will be eligible for 20% of their Pay as N.P.A. Qualifications for all posts as per MCI norms. Retired hands below the age of 65 years will be also considered. Those who are in Government Service and will retire on 31.03.2007 will be also considered. In their case the appointment will be with effect from 01.04.2001.

Pay and Qualification: As per NCI norms.
