Special Note Appointments Made Pursuant To This Advertisement Against The Posts Of Assistant Professor Shall Be “Tentative In Nature” And Subject To Final Outcome Of The Slp No.2106/2002 Pending Before The Hon’ble Supreme Court Of India. Reservation Of Posts Posts reserved for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped at the level of Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Nursing in accordance with the law on floating basis, i.e. where the candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC is found suitable, are available.

NOTE: The duration of DM/M.Ch. Course, i.e. 2 years or 3 years, or 5 years after MBBS must be clearly indicated by the candidates in their applications.

Upper Age Limit 50 (fifty) years, relaxable for Government Servants, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes candidates or otherwise exceptionally qualified candidates. Upper age limit up to 5 years is relaxable for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and 3 years in the case of OBC candidates.

The effective date up-to which the requisite experience must be completed is 30^th June 2007.

The applicants, who do not have requisite qualifications up to the last date for submission of applications, will not be considered.

The posts as shown at Sl.No. 8 (b to m) and Sl.No. 33 (a to c) are subject to final approval of the Government.

Some vacancies are likely to fall vacant in near future and the selected candidates will also be considered against those vacancies.

All the posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Servants of similar status stationed at Delhi/New Delhi.

Late & incomplete application, i.e. applications not in the prescribed proforma (3 copies), short bio-data (12 copies) without bank draft of Rs.500/- (Rs.100/- in case of SC/ST candidates) as application fee and without attested copies of certificates and testimonials, will not be considered.

While every effort will be made to provide residential accommodation to the faculty staff appointed at the Institute subject to availability but in view of the paucity of the residential accommodation in the campus it may not be possible to provide accommodation in every case. In the event that no accommodation is provided, necessary H.R.A. as admissible to Central Government Servants of similar status stationed at Delhi/New Delhi will be provided.

Canvassing of any kind will be a disqualification.
