Following positions are available for Medical Consultants / Biostatistician for R & D Health project at INMAS. This requirement is for clinical / research work at Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), Timarpur.Delhi 10054. The Walk in Interview for All Under mentioned Posts Will Be Held at This Institute On' 07 Sep. 2007 at 1000 Hrs.

Terms and conditions:-

1. The job is purely on part-time basis (less Sri 08) and liable to be terminated without assigning any reason thereof, by giving 30 days notice by either side. They will have no claim over continuity of service or employment on regular basis or permanent absorption whatsoever.

2. The consultants from SI.No. 1 to 6 will be required to visit 1-3 times per week as per the attended to. In addition; the consultants may be required to provide expert opinions in related research activities going on at INMAS.

3. One Medical Officer at SI.No.7 will be required for OPD consultation form 0900 hours to 1400 hours on all working days. In addition, the medical officer may be required to contribute to other research and clinical activities of INMAS. The second medical officer at Sri 8 will be full time and will be involved in other research / allied duties apart from routine OPD consultation in the fore noon, as mentioned above. Ex-AMC officer will be preferred for such post.

4. Patient examination instruments and furniture etc will be provided by INMAS.

5. Biostatician at SI. No. 9 will be required to visit 1-3 times a week or as per requirement. One visit will imply one full working day. She / He will be required to formulate and monitor the statistical progress of the research project viz., questionnaire designing, finalizing the data entry points, inputs in study design, statistical analysis of the data, inputs in the conclusion drawn and future recommendations.

Preference will be given to somebody who has experience in handling medical projects. Biostatistician retired from Medical College / ICMR may be preferred.

6. Candidates must come with neatly type written application with complete bio-data with a recent passport size photograph affixed on the right top corner of the first page of application.

7. Candidates will be required to produce certificates / testimonials in original at the time of interview.

8. It may please be noted that offer of these assignments does not confer on the candidates, any right for absorption or regular employment in DRDO on whatsoever grounds.

9. Antecedents of selected candidates will be verified.

10. No TA / DA is admissible for attending the interviews.

11. Higher emoluments may be considered in exceptional cases by the competent authority.
