Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the post of Executive Registrar.

a) Qualifications & Experience: a)An academician in the field of Medical Sciences not lower in rank that of a Professor of Three years standing or

b) Officer of the Government not lower in rank than that of Deputy Secretary in Government or

c) A Graduate preferably a Post Graduate with 10 years of Administrative experience or Academic experience of which six years supervisory experience in the cade of Deputy Registrar or any equivalent post.

b) Age: Below 55 years (relaxabie if candidate is qualified otherwise)

c) Scale of Pay: Rs.12,000-375-16,500 + allowances as approved by NIMS (depending upon the qualification and experience higher scale shall be considered.

d) Preference: Administrative experience of three years in any University / Institution.

The Executive Registrar shall be a Whole time Officer of the Institute on Tenure basis. The applicants who are working in State / Central Governments and its undertakings have to submit their application along with no objection certificate from their employer.
