- M.B.A. from recognized Institution with specialization in Material Management or
- PG Diploma in Material Management of two years duration from a recognized Institute.
Preference to those with experience in hospital procurement / imports / engineering degree.
- Diploma in General Nursing and midwifery from a recognized institute or equivalent qualification for Male nurse.
- Registered as Nurse and Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Council.

Attested copies of testimonials / documents in support of age (date of birth) educational qualification, experience and caste must be enclosed with the application.
Reservation is applicable for SC, ST and OBC of Uttar Pradesh state only SC, ST and OBC candidates of other states will be considered as general candidates. A Bank Draft of Rs. 40/- in case of SC/ST category candidates of Uttar Pradesh only and Rs. 100/- in case OBC & General category candidate in favors of the Director, U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Saifai, Etowah (UP) and should be sent by registered post/speed post only.
Envelop should be super scribed with the advertisement No. and name of the post.Director reserves the right to cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason and in that case application fee will not be refunded.
Number of post may be increased /decreased depending upon the need of the Institute.No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the test/interview.
Applicant working in Govt./Semi Govt./undertaking/Autonomous institute should apply through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.
Candidates with higher qualifications shall be preferred.(A) Maximum Age limit as on 01.07.2006; (a) For Joint Director (M.M); Not exceeding 50 years. (b) For Nurse (Female/Male): Not exceeding 35 years. Relax able to Govt. Servants/Public Sector/Autonomous bodies by 5 years) (B) Age relaxation also be given for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class/Ex-Army persons & Others category as per rules.
Incomplete applications (i.e. without testimonials, document, bank draft, unsigned applications) and applications received in this Institute after the expiry of the last date will be summarily rejected.
Merely fulfilling minimum requirement does not essentially qualify candidate to be called for test/interview.
The request of candidates for joining the Institute on deputation may be considered.Reservation norms for category (SC/ST/OBC) will be determined as per notification of UP Govt. only.
