Note:
For the post of professors / Readers, other things being equal, preference will be given to SC/ST candidates.
All the above posts carry DA, CCA and HRA as admissible under the rules in force in the University from time to time and Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) at Govt, rates is admissible to the persons with medical qualification.
It shall be open to the College to consider names of suitable candidates who may not have applied.
The College reserve the rights not to fill up any of the vacancies advertised, if the circumstances so warrant.
Relaxation of any of the qualifications may be made in exceptional cases on the recommendations of the Selection Committee.
Separate application is required for each post.
As per rules, there is 3% reservation for physically handicapped persons. The eligible candidates belonging to Physical handicapped categories only for the Post of Lecturer in various disciplines in the College can also apply.
Those who have applied for any of these posts in response to earlier advertisements No. MC / Estab./2/11/2004-ll dated 03.07.2004 and No. MC / Estab./2/11/2006-lll dated 12.09.2006 will not be considered and the incumbents need to apply fresh.
