445. Senior Scientist (Soil & Water Conservation Engineering), Datia Research Centre (One Post)

Qualifications Essential:

Doctoral degree in Soil & Water Conservation Engineering/Agricultural/Soil Physics including relevant basic sciences with 4 (Four) years experience in the relevant subject as Scientist/Lecturer/ Extension specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay scale of Rs.8000-13500 having made contribution to research/teaching/ extension education as evidenced by published work/innovations. or Alternate qualification: as in (ii) & (iii) of item no. 313

Desirable:

Specialization in Hydrology and Watershed management.

446. Senior Scientist (Soil & Water Conservation Engineering) (Two Posts)

Qualifications Essential:

Doctoral degree in Soil & Water Conservation Engineering, Agricultural/Soil Physics including relevant basic sciences with 4 (Four) years experience in the relevant subject as Scientist/Lecturer/Extension specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay scale of Rs.8000-13500 having made contribution to research/teaching/extension education as evidenced by published work/innovations.or Alternate qualification: as in (ii) & (iii) of item no.313

Desirable:

Specialization in semiarid area on water-shed management surface and ground water interaction.

Important Note:

  1. The candidate selected for appointment to the posts in Animal Science disciplines and possessing degree in Veterinary Science/Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry followed by Masters and Doctoral degree in the relevant discipline will also be entitled to Non Practicing Allowance (NPA) as admissible under the rules from time to time subject to the fulfillment of conditions of entitlement for the same as prescribed by the Council.
  2. The retirement age for all the scientific posts is 62 years.
  3. The candidates are required to submit their applications through proper channel, failing which their candidature will not be considered. It may also be ensured by the candidate that his/her application(s) forwarded to the Board by their employer/forwarding authority of the concerned organization/ institute should carry a vigilance clearance certificate, indicating the details of imposition of major/minor penalties, if any, during the last ten years. It may further be noted that the endorsement at the end of the application form is duly verified/signed by the competent authority, failing which application is liable to be rejected.
