As a part of its continuous process of faculty recruitment, IBS invites applications from well qualified senior academicians and professionals for faculty positions at all levels from Senior Lecturer to Senior Professor in all areas of Management including law, Research Methods, Soft Skills, Finance, Marketing, Retailing, Human Resource, Quantitative Methods, Information Technology, Operations Management, Business Strategy, Business Intelligence, ERP, Banking, Insurance and Entrepreneurship. They should be motivated to do research, teaching and contributing to overall development of the Institution.

At the Senior Lecturer level, we are looking for professionals with good academic track record, with a good Master Degree or equivalent and preferably with Ph.D. from a reputed Indian / foreign university with work experience of about 3 to 5 years.

For the positions of Assistant Professors /Senior Professors, candidates should be Ph.Ds from reputed Indian / foreign universities. They should be thought-leaders, active in research guidance and should have published articles in refereed journals with teaching experience of more than 10 years.

Senior and middle management professionals with MBA from leading business schools in India (IIMs / XLRI / IBS etc.,) and abroad with active interest in academics / research will also be considered for suitable positions.

Pay Scales for the above positions:

IBS follows UGC pay scales, which carry usual allowances such as DD, HRA, CCA, CPF, Gratuity, LTC, Leave Encashment, Medical reimbursements etc. IBS encourages faculty members, through financial rewards to continuously improve research, teaching, industry interface including MDPs, and institutional development. Revenue sharing scheme for consulting assignments is available.
