Candidates should be mature, patient and committed trainers, with a postgraduate management and qualification, preferably in HR/Social Sciences, having strong inter-personal communication skills. They should be empathetic listeners and motivated team leaders. A minimum of 5 years in an HR position in corporates/academic institutions is essential. Experience in soft skills training is an added advantage.

Counseling Officers Jobs (At Annanagar, Guindy and Tambaram)

Female postgraduate, preferably in management, with a minimum of 4-6 years experience in counseling. Experience in telemarketing will be an added advantage. Must be able to coordinate with the Centers in the region in selecting and monitoring the performance of the student advisors and counselors.

System Administrators (At Kanchipuram, Pondicherry, Thanjavur, Vellore, Pollachi, Rajapalayam and Nagarcoil)

Candidates should have Degree in Engineering/Computers with 2-3 years of experience in system administration. They should be able to install/handle servers/clients software. Their experience should include handling of large networks (LAN/WAN)

All candidates should have excellent communication skills and be computer savvy. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
