Faculty Members required in the following areas:

• Finance (including advanced analytical techniques and modeling)
• Banking
• Management
• Information Technology
• Quantitative Techniques
• Insurance (both life & general).

Faculty members will participate in teaching, consultancy, executive education programs, research and publications, courseware development, academic administration and institution building activities.

Remuneration: ISFS offers compensation package based on UGC scales and allowances.

Faculty Members will be placed in a suitable scale commensurate with their qualifications and experience. Additionally, Faculty Members are encouraged to take up personal consultancy assignments in the corporate sector.

Qualifications: All candidates should have relevant postgraduate qualifications in management, finance, banking, computer science and commerce or professional qualification like CFA, CA, ICWA, CAIIB with MBA. All candidates should be computer savvy.

Faculty members should preferably have Ph.D. from a reputed institution, Non-Ph.D. candidates with brilliant academic record or industry experience can also be considered. They should have at least 5 years of relevant experience. All non-Ph.D. candidates will be encouraged to pursue the Doctoral program.
