The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified organization, under the administrative control of the Ministry of Small Scale Industries, Government of India. The main objective of this Institute are to act as catalyst for entrepreneurship development. This Institute has been organizing training programmes and undertaking research and consultancy activities in the fields of industry and entrepreneurship and is looking for highly competent persons to fill in one each of the following posts:

Faculty Member	10,000 – 325 – 15,200	Post Graduate in Business Administration /Humanities/ Commerce/ Science or Engineering Graduate with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 8 – 10 years of teaching / research/ relevant experience with publication in reputed journals and at least 8 yrs. Of experience at the level of Asstt. Director / Associate Faculty Member. Age below 45 years. Ph.D. degree is desirable. The Faculty Member/ Dy. Director of the Institute will be responsible for conceiving and designing training programmes./ research projects / consultancy assignments on entrepreneurship development, management development and SME development for prospective and existing entrepreneurship and for the personnel from the Government and non – Government organizations. The person should be competent to run the department/ cell as a profit centre.
2.	Associate Faculty member	8,000 – 275 – 13,500	Post graduate in / Business Administration/ Humanities/ Commerce/ Science or Engineering Graduate. Work profile is same as that of F.M. / Dy. Director. Experiences of minimum 6 – 8 years in relevant field are essential. Age below 45 years
3.	Assistant Faculty Member	5,500 – 175 – 9,000	Post graduate in / Business Administration/ Humanities/ Commerce/ Science or Engineering Graduate. Work profile is same as that of F.M. / Dy. Director 3 – 5 years of Experience in the fields of training, research, consultancy and cluster development relating to SMEs will be preferred. Age below 35 years.
4.	Accounts Officer	8,000 – 275 – 13,500	(i) Should be 2nd class graduate in Commerce. Preference shall be given to higher addl. Qualifications such as Associateship in Charted Accountancy or Cost Accountancy. Age below 45 years. (ii) Should be well conversant with central government rules, regulations, practices and procedures relating to Accounts with minimum 7 years of experience in the grade next below of a central govt. organization in preparation of trial balance, receipt & payment accounts, preparation of final accounts, balance sheets etc. in computerized environment. (iii) Computer operation knowledge is essential.

Besides pay, the selected incumbents will be entitled to draw other allowances as per Central Government Rules. Qualifications age and experiences are relaxable in case of exceptionally suitable candidates.
