Invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Academic Associate in Various Areas / Centres / Groups

The Job: To assist the faculty of the Institute in their teaching, research and work as an administrative interface with different facility providers of the Institute. (Major areas of the Institute are: Business Policy, Computer & Information Systems Group, Communications, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Personnel & Industrial Relations, Production & Quantitative Methods, and Centre of Management in Agriculture, Public Systems Group, Centre for Management in Agriculture, Public Systems Group, Centre for Management of Health Services, and Centre for Educational Innovation etc.

Qualification & Age: First class post graduates in the relevant field with about three years experience either in academics or industry, M.Phil. With two years experience or Ph.D. with or without experience. Candidates with qualifications like ACA, AICWA, and M.Tech. Or B.Tech / BE / MCA. / MBBS / MPH / Ph.D. in Information Systems, MBA with specialization in Marketing / Finance / Business Policy / HRM with adequate experience will also be eligible. Candidates with outstanding academic achievement but without experience are also encouraged to apply. Remuneration: Consolidated salary of Rs.12, 000/- to Rs.20, 000/- per month depending on qualification, experience, merit and performance in the interview. No other allowances except TA / DA of official tour will be paid.

Duration: Initially for two years and extendable for another three years on the basis of annual performance appraisal.
