Career Opportunities

1. ILBS is an autonomous Institute registered as a society under the Registration of Societies Act, 1860 with the avowed objective of developing a facility of international standard. It will provide for a comprehensive and modem set up for management, research and advanced training In Its dedicated field. The professionally managed teaching hospital shall provide medical care at par with the best known in the world. It shall act as a centre of excellence, by amalgamating the academic skills of universities, clinical acumen of the super specialities and the managerial skills of the corporate world. The hospital is In advance stage of constructions and is expected to be commissioned shortly.

2. The Institute invites applications, from eligible candidates, to fill up the following posts. The prescribed application form, qualifications required and other details are available on the Website: http://www.iibs.in

3. All appointments shall be on "contract basis" and will be initially for a period of four years' including a probationary period of one year. The contractual appointment may be extended for a further period of four years based on performance of the candidate during the initial period of four years.

4. AH the post (&) are on 'consolidated package basis' and do not carry any other allowances. The incumbents will be eligible for a annual increment of 7.5% to their remuneration package. The remuneration packages are based on minimum basic pay of the pay scale as per the policy of ILBS.

5. The effective date for reckoning the requisite experience and the upper age limit will be 30th June, 2007. The applicants, who do not have the requisite qualification till 30th June 2007will not be considered.

6. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates.

7.
