Applications are invited for the appointment to the post of Language Instructor (Malyalam & Kannada) in the pay scale of Rs.6500-200-10500, The post is proposed to be filled in by transfer on deputation basis initially, for a period of one year, which can be extended upto three years. Details of essential qualifications, experience etc. required for the post are as Under:-

Transfer On Deputation:

Officer under the Central Government/State Government / Universities/ Recognised Research Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings / Semi Government/ Autonomous Organizations.

1. holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
2. with three years' regular service in posts in the scale of Rs.5500-9000 or equivalent; or
3. with six years' regular service in posts in the scale of Rs.5000-8000 or equivalent; or
4. With eight years regular service in the Scale of Rs.4500-7000 or equivalent; and 'B Possessing educational qualifications and experience as follows:

Essential:

1. Master's Degree in one of the two languages for which recruitment is to be made, with English as a subject at a degree level from recognised University or equivalent;
2. Should have offered the language other than the one in which Master's Degree has been obtained in terms of (i) above (other than Hindi) as a subject at secondary education level or should hold a diploma in that language.
3. One year experience in teaching one of the two languages (other than Hindi) for which recruitment is made.

Desirable:

1. Degree in Education from a recognised university or equivalent. The period of deputation/contract including period of deputation or contract in another ex-cadre posts held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

   (The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation including short term contract) or absorption shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications)

   Willing candidates are required to submit their applications (in the given pro-forma) through proper channel alongwith their complete biodata and ACR dossiers (either in original or at tested copies of ACRs for the last five years).
