Invites Applications for Trainees as Transcendental Meditation and Maharishi's Vedic Science Teachers

About Us: Maharishi Ved Vigyan Vishwa Vidyapeetham is the only Institution of its kind in the world founded by Maharishi Ji, established in 1982 has trained over 50,000 Vedic Pundits in theory and practical aspects of Ved and Vedic Literature.

These Pundits are highly trained experts in performance of Yagyas, Anushthans. The Vidyapeeth has also trained large number of TM and Sidhi Teachers who are teaching all over India and the Globe. For expansion programme of Vidyapeetham, about 2000 new teachers are required.

Job Profile: After the successful completion of training, trained teachers will teach TM and will propagate the theory and practice of Vedic wisdom throughout the world as per the divine principles brought to light by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji and by doing so, they will promote happiness, peace, prosperity, perfect health in everyone's life and thereby establish Heavenly life on Earth.

Training Period: 5 months in residence (due to course structure, there is no provision of leave during the training period).

Training Fee: Rs.20,000 per person (inclusive of boarding, lodging, course material and training).

Qualification and Requirements for Applicants:

1. Pure sattwik Vedic life
2. Pure Vegetarian
3. Good health and personality
4. Total devotion and faith in Vedic culture and traditions
5. By nature honest and simple
6. Not using cigarette, alcohol and non-prescribe drugs etc.

• Post-Graduate or equivalent in any discipline (Science, Arts, Language, Management, Medical Science). However professionals of any field having an urge to bring perfection into their life and willing to propagate the knowledge of Vedic Science and Technology around the world will be given preference.
• Should be prepared to work anywhere in the world. Applicants who are interested to work abroad should have good command over English or any other foreign language.
• To work in India, the applicants should have good knowledge of Hindi, Sanskrit or proficiency in one of regional languages.

Age: Under 40 years (persons over 40 years of age having qualifications referred to above, enthusiasm, dignity and specific experience of administration may also be considered).

Monthly Honorarium: After the successful completion of training, the honorarium for working in India will be between Rs.5,000 to Rs.15,000 according to qualifications, experience and performance.

For working abroad special allowances (Rs.5,000 to Rs.15,000) will be given in addition to the honorarium offered in India. While working abroad traveling, boarding and lodging expenses will be borne by the organization. If applicants have young children, they will need to make suitable arrangements themselves before joining the course and traveling abroad.

The post is transferable all over India and teachers will also be sent aboard as and when required by the organization.
