Research Associate & Senior Research Fellow (P)

MTRDC, Bangalore is involved in design and development of Microwave Tubes and has world-class facilities in this area. Applications are invited for the post of: (Those who have already applied in response to the advertisement in Employment News date: 3 - 9 March 2007 need not apply again)

1. Research Associate - One

Area: Microwave Tubes.

The offer is for a period of Two years. Stipend Rs.12,000/- pm with HRA and medical facilities as per rule.

Qualification:

Ph.D. in Microwave Tubes or M.Tech / ME Microwave Engineering with 2 years experience in Research. Teaching: Design & Development preferably in Microwave Tube area. Degree should be in First Divion wherever Division or equivalent grading is awarded.

Age Limit: 30 years on the last date of receipt of application.

2. Senior Research Fellow (P) - Two

Area: Electronics Engineeing.

Initial offer for a period of two years. Stipend Rs. 9500/- pm with HRA and medical facilities as per rules.

Qualification:

Post Graduate Degree in Electronic Engineering in first Division, both at Graduate and post-graduate levels, wherever Division or equivalent grading is awarded. They should have a flair in Computer Aided Designs. Those having qualified UGC / CSIR / NET / GATE examination shall be preferred.

Age Limit: 32 years on the last date of receipt of application.

General Conditions:

Relaxation of Age limit in both positions is upto 5 years to SC/ST, PHP and 3 years to OBC candidates, SC/ST, PHP & OBC are exempted from payment of application fee of Rs. 10/- Physicallyhandicapped candidates should enclose necessary certificates from the Govt. Hospital/medical board in support of her/his claim.
