Proficiency in typewriting at a minimum speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi. Desirable : Knowledge of Computer and Certificate in Office Automation.	18 to 27 years (Relaxable by 5 years for SC)	Two years.
2.	Stenographer Grade-III (Reserved for OBC)	Pay Band-I, Rs.5200-20200 + 2400 Grade Pay	1 (One)	Educational - Matriculation or its equivalent. Professional Efficiency. Proficiency in shorthand (English / Hindi at 80 w.p.m for 10 minutes. The candidates who opt to take the test in English will be required to transcribe the matter in 65 minutes and the candidates who opt to take the test in Hindi will required to transcribe the matter in 75 minutes.	18 to 27 (Relaxable by 3 years for OBC)	Two years.
