Invites applications for the position of Dean – Accounting Research Foundation.

Job Profile: Incumbent shall be required to plan, promote, manage and control an academy in fulfillment of the objective of the Foundation. He shall be the Chief Executive Officer and as such should also have management acumen and proven ability to build a research Institution of International repute and eminence. He should be a conceptualist with excellent communication skills and capable of leading a team of highly competent researchers in the challenging environment. He shall be responsible for the overall functioning of the Foundation, including planning its future and ensuring the role of a catalyst in meeting the objectives of the Foundation.

Qualification & Experience: Incumbent should be a M.Com (with First Class) / MBA / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Company Secretary with 20 years relevant post qualification experience.

Relaxation in eligibility condition(s) are available to the deserving candidates. However, the decision of the institute in this regard shall be final.

Present total monthly emoluments inclusive of Basic Pay, DP, DA, CCA at Central Government rates and HRA at 35% of the basic pay plus dearness pay as well as perks and benefits will be around Rs.78,000/-. This emolument shall not be a limiting factor for deserving candidates.
