The incumbent should be at least 35 years old and a Graduate with B.Ed. and / or Diploma in Montessori Education from a reputed institution. She must have about 5 to 8 years teaching experience in Montessori methodology.

Good leadership / team building skills, a well rounded personality and a passion for children are essential. This is a senior position and the applicant should be capable of leading a team.
