TISB is an expanding, pioneering IB World School in Bangalore, India offering KG - IGCSE, IB international education with a residential programme for grades lll - XIl.

Qualification: Bachelors / Masters / M.Phil / Doctorate in relevant subject coupled with a Teaching Diploma / Bachelors in Education from a premier institute in India or, preferably, abroad.

Versatility in teaching various age groups in the Senior High School / Secondary and Middle Years.

Willing to be trained in teaching the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and the IGCSE Programme (University of Cambridge).Usage of technology in teaching-learning processes.

Kindergarten / Montessori Teachers

Profile: Diploma / Bachelors / PG Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, Teachers Training or Nursery Training.

Keen interest in creating a visually rich environment while developing an enriched and activity based curriculum for the kindergartners.

Enthusiasm for bringing their class to life with art, craft, music, puppetry and drama coupled with a love for children.
Should enjoy teaching & contributing to the pastoral care of children in residence.

Fine Arts/Theatre Arts/ Music (Western/ Indian) / Drama (IB Diploma, IGCSE & Middle Years)

Theatre / Dramatic Arts is offered as an optional subject at the IB, IGCSE & Middle years. The incumbents must have experience in teaching theory and be prepared to develop several productions each year.

Stage artists or theatre persons with experience in performing on stage, training or teaching students in drama through curriculum based approach or conducting workshops.

Those with a love for combining multiple genre in a performance season preferred.

Fine Arts: Bachelors / Diploma in Fine Arts with adequate experience in relevant field of activity. Multimedia expertise is essential.

Music: Qualified / trained professionals to teach stringed, percussion or wind instruments plus vocal and choral instruction. Also required instructors for the Grand Piano.

Should look after production of musicals, teach or support in training students in western or Indian music. Preparing students for Trinity College, UK music examinations.

Physical Education Instructors (Male / Female)

To impart instructions in Gymnastics, Cricket, Swimming, Soccer, Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Squash, Lawn Tennis, Billiards, Golf, Athletics and other indoor/ outdoor games.Should stay on campus and promote all sports programs.

Personnel from armed forces physical education branch not below the rank of captain may also apply. Sports personnel from Sports Authority of India / similar other institutions will also be considered.

Estate Officers / Assistant Estate Executives

Qualification: Bachelors / Diploma in Engineering. Experience in managing reputed estates / large educational campuses.

The incumbents will assume responsibility for periodic maintenance of hospital, electrical generators, water and sewage treatment plant, bore wells, aquatic systems, air conditioning plant, sports fields, running tracks, cricket stadium, huge auditorium, landscaped gardens and looking after the campus security system.

This is a residential post.

Hrd Executive

Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration / Personnel Management / Human Resource Management / Sociology / Psychology with 1 -2 years experience.

Apart from excellent interpersonal, marketing and PR skills, candidates should be self-motivated and career-driven. Must have expertise in hiring, selection, evaluation, training and counselling.
