Sainik School Imphal functioning under Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence invites applications for the post of Assistant Master in English, Manipuri & Computer Science.

Eligibility: For (a) & (b) Graduate in concerned subject with BEd from a recognised University. For (c) BSc (Computer Science) or BCA/MCA from a recognized University.

Desirable: Experience in teaching in reputed English medium schools, proficiency in games & sports and aptitude for residential school lifestyle.

Age: Below 35 years as on date of appointment.

Salary & Perks: Rs. 24,901/- per month in the pay band 9300-34800/-.

Free food during session and rent free accommodation and free electricity upto a limited unit.

They will be governed by the new Pension Scheme as per the Sainik Schools Society Rules and Regulations.

Reservation for SC/ST category candidates will be as per rules of Central Government and Sainik Schools Society.

In case of non-availability of suitable candidates in these categories, the unfilled vacancies will be filled from other categories.

All posts are temporary but likely to be permanent on successful completion of probationary period. Job is transferable with All India liability.
