1. Applications are invited for the post of one Assistant Master (Social Science) on regular basis and one Band Master on contractual basis as per the following:

a) Assistant Master (Social Science)

i) Essential Qualificaions: A First Class Graduate with History, Geography and English with B.Ed. Degree with Social Science of the Regional College of Education NCERT.

ii) Desirable: Post Graduate in History with teaching experience in an English medium school and aptitude in sports as well as extra curricular activities will be given due weightage.

iii) Age: - 21-35 years as on 01 April 2007.

b) Band Master:

i) Qualification & Experience: Potential Band Master / Band Major / Drum Major Course at the AEC Training College and Centre. Pachmarhi or Equivalent Naval / Air Force Courses.

ii) Age: 21-35 years as on 01 admissible as per rules.

2. Pay Scale:

a) Assistant Master: 5500 - 175 - 9000

b) Band Master: 4500 - 125 - 7000

3. Allowance and Perquisites: In addition to DA at Central Govt. rates the incumbent is entitled to free accommodation as available, free electricity (limited units) free messing for self except during vocation, LTC, GPF, Pension, Gratuity etc. and subsidized education for two children.

4. 5. Applications with attested copies of documents along with self addressed envelope 9”×4” must reach Principal Sainik, School, Chittorgarh (Raj) 312001 within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. School will not be responsible for postal delay. No TA / DA will be paid to short listed candidates called for interview which is likely to be held in the month of May 2007.
