1. Sainik School Kunjpura, Karnal (Haryana) functioning under Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence invites applications for the posts of

• One Master in Biology (on regular basis)
• One Assistant Master (PCM/ Chemistry) (on regular basis)
• One Assistant Master (PCM/Maths) (on contractual basis) and
• One Assistant Master in Computer Science (on contractual basis)

Eligibility: For (a) Post Graduate in concerned subject with B.Ed from a recognized university- For (b) & (c) Graduate in concerned subject with B.Ed from a recognized university. For (d) MCA/ BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science) preferably with B.Ed from a recognized university. Post Graduate in Chemistry for PCM/Chemistry post will be given preference.

Desirable: For (a) to (d) Experience in teaching in a reputed English medium school proficiency in games and sports, interest in other extra curricular activities and aptitude for residential school life style.

Age below 35 years as on the date of appointment for all the posts mentioned above.

Salary and perks: For (a) Rs.13748/- (approx) per month in the scale of Rs.6500-200-10500. For (b) Rs.11, 733/- (approx) per month in the scale of Rs.5500-175-9000. For (c) & (d) Rs.11, 500/- (fixed) per month. Free food during session and rent free accommodation for all the above posts.

GPF, Gratuity, LTC, Medical Allowance as admissible as per Sainik Schools Society rules and regulations for the regular posts only mentioned at (a) & (b) above.

Reservation for SC/ST category candidates will be as per rules of Central Government and Sainik Schools Society. In case of non availability of suitable candidates in these categories, the unfilled vacancies will be filled from other categories.

Posts mentioned at (a) & (b) are temporary but likely to be permanent on successful completion of probationary period. Job is transferable with All India liability for the posts mentioned at (a) & (b).
