Applications are invited for temporary position of a Junior Research Fellow @ Rs.8, 000/- p.m. (plus H.R.A. & Medical Benefits as admissible) in a DST sponsored project entitled “Functional analysis of ecdysone regulated ecdysone receptor, broad complex and drone genes in Malpighian tubules of Drosophila melanogaster” under Dr.Madhu G.Tapadia.

Applicants must have a consistently good academic career with M.Sc. in Zoology / Molecular & Human Genetics/ Biotechnology / Biochemistry or related subject with at least 55% marks). Good knowledge of techniques and concepts in Molecular Biology / Genetics desirable. Preference will be given to NET / GATE qualified candidates.

Upper age limit is 28 years, relaxable by 5 years for women or SC/ ST Candidates. All other things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
