The UGC qualifications for UGC approved courses and AICTE qualifications for AICTE approved courses will be applicable.

The qualifications and specializations for each post have been hosted on University website.

The prescribed application form along with a copy of qualifications may be obtained from the Deputy Registrar (Faculty) on all working days or downloaded from the University website.

The candidates may obtain application form by depositing Rs.100/- (Rs.25/- for SC/BC) on the University counter and Rs.130/- (Rs.55/- for SC/ BC) by post.

The candidates may send the application form duly filled in along with attested copies erf certificates (matric onwards) with a demand draft for Rs.200/- (Rs.50/- for SC/BC) as application fee in favour of the Registrar, GJUST, Hisar payable at Hisar.

The candidates downloading the application form from website may send a draft for Rs.300/-(Rs.75/-for SC/BC).

The application form duly filled in should reach the below following addreseses latest by 20.11.2008.

Incomplete applications and those not on prescribed form or without fee will be summarily rejected. The candidates must be eligible on the last date for submission of application form.

Those who have already applied in response to University Advt. No. 1/2007 need not apply again. They may, however, send their latest qualifications/experience.

The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or it may not fill any of the posts advertised without assigning any reason.
