Applications on the prescribed form are invited for the post of Registrar (on tenure basis for five years) in the Pay Scale of Rs.37,400 - 67,000 with GP of Rs.10,000/- p.m. so as to reach the Office Registrar latest by 30.11.2009.

Qualification for the post of Registrar JMl:

Essential:

1. A Master's degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale.

2. At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Senior Scale) / Lecturer with 8 years in Reader's grade along with experience in educational administration. (or)

   Comparable experience in research establishments and/or other institutions of higher education. (or)

   15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy. Registrar or an equivalent post.

Knowledge of Hindi and Urdu is desirable.

Note:

The appointment of Registrar shall be for a tenure of 5 years which can be renewed for similar term or upto 62 years of age, whichever is earlier.
