Qualifications: Any Post graduate (10+2+3+2 pattern or equivalent) with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades 0,A, B,C,D, E and F with proven knowledge in Computer, management and soft skills.

The percentage of marks is relaxable by 5 marks in the case of SC/ST candidates. And

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive in Human Resource Management / Development in Multi National Companies (MNC's), Corporates/ Industries / Leading B-Schools and Institutes of Central/State Governments.

Desirable: Proven Ability to draft letters, manage personnel, Qualification maintain excellent public relations, plan manpower requirements, carry out performance appraisal, liaison with Government Functionaries, monitor programmes and report to higher authorities.
