Dean Jobs (School of Business Management)

The person shall be overall responsible for the academic growth of various core sectoral programmes, quality improvement, periodical reviews, placement and industry collaboration. He / she is required to provide guidance in planning, coordination and implementation of academic programmes as per UGC rules and regulations and other statutory bodies from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. in Management related areas from reputed universities / institutes, with 8 to 9 years of experience in research / teaching or a good Master’s degree with minimum 15 years of teaching experience and high quality research and publications.

Director (Admission & Students Activities) 1 Post

The person shall be overall responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality and integrity of the selection process for admission of students to all the schools of the University. This will involve devising appropriate strategies, providing overall direction and supervision, ensuring coordination with various authorities and related administrative activities, critical analysis of internal admission process against systems, procedures and methods adopted by reputed national and international universities / institutes are expected.

The person is also expected to provide direction for all extra curricular activities of students’ across schools such as cultural, contest, sports, extra academic activities of the Students’ Council etc.

Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. in Management related areas from reputed universities / institutes, with 8 to 9 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 15 years of experience in related areas.

IIT / NIT / IIM Graduates and MBA’s from reputed universities / Institutes will have an added advantage. Knowledge of computers is a must.

Age limit: 45 to 55 years. Relaxable in exceptional cases.
